About Us

A new club with a rich history

Casino Cricket Club was founded in 2022 as a merger between Casino Junior Cricket Club and Casino Magpies Cricket Club. Whilst the identity of the club is new, both starting clubs bring a rich history of Casino Cricket dating back 30 years.

This change has aligned Casino Cricket for junior and senior cricketers playing across the Northern Rivers Cricket League. We are now one club with a common purpose and an exciting future.

Cricket has been played competitively in Casino for over 100 years. Through that time, many people have contributed to our game as volunteers, players and administrators. We thank them for their part in Casino Cricket’s legacy.

Casino Cricket Club fields teams in the Northern Rivers Cricket League for both senior and junior competitions. Junior teams include a local Blasters Program with an introduction for young primary school children to cricket as well as U10s, U12s, U14s and U16s. The senior competition includes 4th grade to 1st grade. Cricket is played across Lismore, Casino, Kyogle and Evans Head.
